Looking for a fun and engaging way to help kids build better screen-time habits? Our Screen Time Bingo game encourages children to balance screen use with creative, active, and mindful activities like reading a book, playing outside, doing a craft, or enjoying a screen-free meal with family.

Each square on these bingo cards promotes a healthy alternative to screen time, making it both educational and fun.

Whether you're using it at home, in a classroom, or during a digital detox week, this activity is a great tool to spark positive habits while keeping kids entertained.

Print it out, hang it on the fridge, and let the screen-free adventures begin!
